Shocks bad?

Shocks bad? Okay so I am on a very suspecious situtation right now....I keep thinking my shocks are not working no more. The ride got more bumpier. My car looks like its low to the ground after I drive it and later it looks back to normal. I press down on front of the car to see if it goes back up and it wont even go down or up lol. So could my shocks possibly of had gone bad? And they are KYB Excell-G.
But my rear seems to be fine. Just my front looks bad
