Suspension Gains?

Suspension Gains? Anyone improved their rear suspension and shown true gains at the track, like a before and after? I know it does, but just never see any numbers. I am looking to have some better 60' times after I install the drag bar from Spohn and a BMR Torque arm. I already have lcas and panhard. Just interested in seeing gains from these mods.

While I don't have direct comparison numbers, I personally have, friends, and customers have. I don't want to say you'll drop .XX off your 60ft, or something like that, but I know that going from a factory torque arm to the BMR Extreme torque arm on my Camaro was a large gain. I was running 11.7X and the bar along (only change) got me down to consistent 1.5X 60fts from 1.6X and I was going 11.5ish. I was super happy. haha But there are plenty of stories out. I look forward to reading them.
