dented frame?

Default dented frame?
I just happened to notice this the last time I was under my 97 Formula. Is this part of the frame, and is it a critical piece? Thanks!

EDIT -- I can't get my pic to attach, an I am well below the max file size.

Just tried again, no luck. The dent is right near the block where it says "DO NOT JACK HERE"

Mine are like that to from a previous owner jacking it up in the wrong place. I dont think itll will hurt anything but Im not 100%.

The only thing it'll hurt really is the coating is cracked so it may rust. Wouldn't be a bad idea to wire wheel it and hit it with some frame paint or something.
