3 weeks ago I ordered a k member from PA Racing. They took the money straight out of my account and yet for 2 weeks through many phone calls I didn't know when I would receive it. I finally said if it couldn't be shipped out this Friday just cancel the order. I received a message saying I was being an ***. Well it was sent and here are a few crappy pics. Welds are badly done with some gaps in the beads and most do not look like enough heat was put to them. I sent the sales rep a message on here with the same pics which he has read and has not responded to. I am surprized that the quality is so bad. I am not a welder by trade but I do weld. I am not happy.
Wow, that does look pretty awful. Sorry to hear it didn't work out.
Too bad, their K-member price was very competitively priced and I was considering one for my B4C. I guess the guys who always scream "you get what you paid for" can bask in the moment...

Looks like a lot of splatter and poor penetration. Could have been a bad welding setting, problems with shielding gas delivery, or a poor ground connection.

Man, I psyched myself out just talking with you... If I blow that rear end before my move, I'll be screwed! And right now, I think the white camaro is running stupid lean with the mods I did, tune scheduled for first week of April. I'll let you know what they do down in MS

Wow, I just got my PA racing k-member this passed thrusday (3/22) and mine looked nothing like that. I dont have any pics but I was very pleased with all of the welds and powder coadting. Mine also went in without an issue. Best of luck to you!
