Default Fays 2 setup

I got all my parts in and want install them all his weekend while i have the car jacked up. I just got the basics like SFCs, LCAs and the 3in dual set up from TSP. I also got the Fays2 watts link set up. It didnt come with instructions or a set up sheet. I called Jim and he said he send me some but I want to get done this weekend if possible. So I was wondering if anyone has any pics of theres or some advice on how to adjust it.

I have the instructions in PDF form. I can't attach it here as it's too large (ls1tech limits PDF's to 342k). PM me your e-mail address.

Good luck with the install, post up some pics. If you have a gopro drive it around and take some motion shots, I'm sure a lot of people are curious about it.

Hardest part for me was to grind off those brake clips. Also helps if you have a drive on lift.

I got it installed with no problems. Works awsome! I still have the crappy factory shocks. Still has the factory bushing and ball joints as far as I can tell. I drive on a lot of windy country roads and be fore the car was unpredictable. It seemed like in the middle of turn when the body leaned a little the car would steer more or less. Very unconforatble feeling when doing 65 or 70 on a two lane road. Now, even with the worn out parts, it goes right where I point it and stays on line, very controlable. I would recomend one for anybody that drives in anything other than a straight line. I cant wailt to put on some shocks and upgrade the breaks. I m ready to try some autocrossing, hopefully by the time LS fest roles around. I also put on SFCs and tubular LCAs at the same time.

So once you guys set your Watts Link and dial-it-in -- is it pretty much set it and forget it, or is it something you need to regularly check/adjust? TIA.

I just set mine and no further adjustments. Now, like with all the adj. stuff, you should regularly check to make sure none of the nuts have back off.
