Default Where is Sam Strano

According to the website they have been closed since the 4th. They were to re-open today and I tried calling but a recording says his inbox is full and you cant get through?? I placed an order last week and apparently you dont make a payment to Strano until you get a phone call from them or you call them yourself (is this correct as I understood it)? I am chomping to the bit to install my new rear end and need to get this order paid for and shipped! Anyone else waiting on an order from Strano Parts??

Gotta remember he's running his business alone without any help. If his inbox is full try placing the order online. Once I placed mine online I had a call within like 1 or 2 days.

He's a busy man, but he's helpful and the parts are worth the wait. Since you've placed an order, you should get a call within a day or two since he just got back.

I'm here... I'm just buried. I'm doing the best I can, your patience is appreciated. And as for Z-speed, I think we've been e-mailing (if it's the guy I think it is since I'm sure z-speed isn't his real name) and I've fixed that issue, which was my fault but had nothing to do with my vacation. Simply a shipping error on my end.

Let me clear up a few things.

1. I was hoping to be back Monday, scheduled to in fact. But I had delays that caused me not make it back.

2. You said it yourself, my voicemail is full. That's 30 messages right there, not counting the online orders I'm working my way through (seems you are one of those and I work through them in order of when I get them).

3. Please take into account that I have to process those orders, talk to folks for their payment information, while answering questions they might have. And answering the phone when I can when it's ringing, also replying to e-mails, packing boxes, and general day to day paperwork like writing purchase orders, dealing with FedEx, paying bills, and all the other things that you guys have to do in a day.

Hey b0b---

Are you by any chance Zack Warner? If so I tried to call you, but your voicemail isn't setup so I can't leave a message.

Sam, yeah thats me.

Guys, Sam called me today and gave me some valuable info, confirmed my order/payment, and shipping my springs out tomorrow. Top notch service and a good guy. I had no clue you run your buisness alone, sorry to come off as impatient.

Thanks Sam

No doubt, He's got his hands full, but he is still the guy yo talk to about suspension. He needs a sexy 20-something to work logistics for him....
