Steering box?
Steering box? This one dosen't have much to do with LS1s but I'm hoping some Camaro nut can help.
I have a 79 Z-28 with Caddy-like steering. Someone told me that they put an IROC steering box into a 79 before and it converted it to 2-turns lock to lock, which would be great.
So, do IROCs have a different steering box than all the other 82-up Camaros? Or are they all the same. I'm hoping that they are all the same, which would make junk-yard searching much easier.
Any info would be appriciated.
