I purchased a vehicle that already has these installed on the rear. I need to know which **** controls compression and extension and also some recommended settings as a starting point. Setup is as follows:

2002 camaro
3450lbs raceweight
600 rwhp with nitrous
MWC rear suspension all rod end
LCA
Panhard
Torque arm
Anti Roll bar
Strange DA Coilover
MT 275/60 -15 drag radial

I have a progressor and spraying 200 shot
