do you have any problems? traction or wheel hop?
if it's just a street car do the 1le rear control arm bushings
I had poly/poly but then went to rod ended to eliminate bind, then got sick of the rod ends clanking and replacing them every 6 months, so I went 1le bushings and I'm very happy with them

A good quality set of lower control arms will definitely help with overall performance and there are many different types and versions that are available to use depending on what your goals are for the car. If you plan on running a larger wheel or tire having the adjustability isn't a bad idea it just really depends on what you want to do with the car.
