Control Arm Relocation brackets

Control Arm Relocation brackets I just pick up a rear end to replace the bent rear end in my 98 bird . the rear axle came with a ta diff cover & control arm relocation brackets can i used them on my stock bird and what is the reason for them?

Oh, and the TA cover is basically just a nicer, aftermarket cover for the rear diff. I believe it has a fill as well as drain plug...not a necessity, but def usable on an otherwise factory car.
