Coil Over Spring rate I've got a soon to be LS powered fox, Car should weigh in between 2400 and 2700lbs with me in it. It's going to be a coil over front and rear car, is there a formula for calculating ideal spring rate? Car is tubbed and tubular K and a arms. Car will see some cruising but for the most part is a all out drag car. Any help would be appreciated.
