Default what is this called?

I'm replacing my shocks/spring set up to Blistein shocks/Eibach spring combo but on the front ones, the previous owner has some aftermarket shocks with the piece that holds the spring to the shock welded in - I can't take it off to reuse it.

My new shocks didn't come with this piece - can I buy it somewhere?

Thx in advance.

I call them a spring perch and you will need to use the ones from your old shocks.

That is the lower spring perch and you will need to reuse them. If you can't get them off I have an extra set in the garage I'll sell. If you're interested I'll make you a good deal, just send me a pm.
