Default LCA Relocation Bracket Question

My car has non adjustable lca and running a 275/60, if I put relocation brackets on and use the lowest hole will it pull to tire to far forward to fit? Or do I have to have adjustable control arms to make this work.

Properly designed relocation brackets (like ours) do not require a different or adjustable arm. The holes are drilled to follow the arc inscribed by a 19-1/4" arm.

Thanks! They are going to be UMI. I am assuming the lowest hole is best for stock height/drag setup?

We usually use the lowest hole for drag, next hole up for general geometry correction on a lowered car.

Thanks for considering UMI!

Most of the relocation brackets including ours do not require adjustable lower control arms.

What do adjustable LCAs help with then?

Are they to help adjust tire size?

From what I understand they are useful when using oversized tires when trying to stuff as much rubber as possible in the wheel well, or when using aftermarket rear ends to help recenter it if they aren't designed with stock length arms in mind.

We use adjustable lower arms to fine tune a bent car, fine tune when running an aftermarket rear housing, whenever we need to adjust thrust angle or whenever we want to recenter a wheel in the wheel well.

We have house cars with adjustables as well as house cars with non-adjustables. Both work well for their intended application.

Lowering does not automatically mean adjustables are required.
