A-Arm bolts question

A-Arm bolts question Got through putting the car back together after doing the BMR/Koni upgrade. I re did all the bushings as well.
Question is, on the upper A-arm, the bolts that hold the two peices together, how tight should those be? I left them lose enough for it to move fairly freely by hand. Or should they be wrenched down pretty tight?
Also, the lower arm, how tight should the two bolts there be? I am getting some movement on the bottom when I drop the car back down and attempted to back up.
Got to get this right enough to get to the alignment shop.
