If you're running a 275/315 tire setup is the 35/22 combo still best for "neutral" handling? Or would you want more rear swaybar because you have more rear tire "grip?"

Epecially if your rear 315 was a drag radial and the front 275 was a street tire?

In my opinion, that's not really balancing the car properly.. asuming you will have more grip in the rear, so balance it out by adding a bigger bar which will overcome the extra grip...

If you have more grip in the rear and less in the front, then the rear isn't what you are trying to fix. You are trying to fix the front. And that would be to match the front tires size with the rear.

If that's not an option, I would still stick with a 35/22. Hell I go with a 35/19 setup. Even if I had staggered front to rear, I would still keep my 19 in the back.

No, that's not how it works. More grip = more bar from what I understand. Otherwise, the car will understeer with wider rear tires.

To compensate, you add more rear sway, which on an otherwise stock car, will be dangerous and prone to snap oversteer. Most cars are setup with understeer since it can be fixed with more throttle. However, if you have wider tires that also happen to have a much higher slip angle on them, I think you need more rear bar. Especially if you have a 35" front sway and 550lbs springs and just 150lbs springs in the rear...
