Bilstein and coil-overs

Can you install coil-over front springs on these shocks? 93-02 Fbody Bilstein Heavy Duty Shock (Front) Part #BE52406M2

Maybe its just wrong wording you, but what other type of spring would you install???

You will need to re-use the spring perch from your old shock, from looking at pictures of this shock I do not see the perch.

Right now I have Eibach coil over springs on a factory shock (front). I want to replace just the shock
