Please help cant turn left

Please help cant turn left I started the car today for the first time this year and went to spin it around in the driveway and when taking a turn at full left lock the car would almost hop. It drives straight but as soon as the wheel is turned sharp to the left the car starts to bounce but not when turned right. I am about to buy strano's amd konis but i would really like to clear this issue up first. Ideas would be greatly appreciated
