Default Spring rate recommendation

Looking for ideas on coilover spring rates for a daily weekend warrior lt1 camaro... This is pretty much a full weight car with full options/ tubular chassis cfm hood... I do take long trips with it frequently but am installing my front chassis and co in a few months and need to get front and rear springs so any input would be welcomed from those that have experimented or use certain rates

The rate usually depends on the spring length at loaded ride height. The lower the ride height, ideally you want a higher rate. Unfortunately wtih the aftermarket springs out there that are REALLY low, they don't seem to follow this guideline.

its a street car that will see some track time....deff not looking to lower it except thru the coil over adj....in fact the redneck in me tends to give the *** a lil lift for a raked look and to clear my 28's....right now i have stock fronts and eibach drags in the rear....looking for rates and length to not loose complete streetability but still be able to perform on the track some
