LCA removal..
Is it as simple as it looks? There is a rod run this Saturday and my lower ball joint went out. Thought I could get it changed but I can't seem to get it to o back in straight. I'm just going to take it to shop and let them press it back in but I gotta be able to remove it tomorrow night with no holdups. Looks like there was just 2 bolts.. Advice?

The front horizontal one is really easy to get out. Just turn the steering all the way to the side your working on so you have room to wiggle the bolt past the rack tie rod boot. The rear one is a PITA for most people.. I'm in the middle of doing bushings, ball joints, and shocks with new mounts, and I had to cut out the rear vertical LCA bolt with a sawzall on both sides of the car.. There are a few threads in this forum about the front LCA bolt..

Generally it really isn't too bad of a job at all, the only time it gets crappy is if the hardware is frozen.
