Underneath Scraping 2001 Ls1 z28

i have terrible problems scraping on the smallest bumps, i cant drive it anywhere.. i scheduled an emissions saturday and they couldnt get the car into the garage bay, they scraped it over and over..
i have about 4inch clearance under exhaust most of the time its just the crossbar that scrapes im looking for advice on my best option.
i like the car sitting low i dont have many problems with scraping the bumper its only the exhaust.
