Default Torque specs for steering shaft?

What are the torque specs for the bolts on the steering shaft?

I need to know the specs for the one where the shaft clamps onto the rack and the one up top near the header. The bottom one loosened up on me so i want to make sure it is as tight as possible without breaking it.

Should I use locktite this time?

I hope this is what you are looking for.

I did use locktite on those bolts when I installed my steering rack. I didn't want those bolts coming loose. The bolts also had a white residue (locktite?) from the last time someone removed those bolts.

Shouldn't even be a question.
