Default Front end issue

Hello all
I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced the problem I've got right now. I recently replaced the sway bars, shocks, brake rotors, pads, and the front calipers on my car. Now, under hard braking, there is a clicking or tapping noise coming from the front end of the car. This problem wasn't there after I changed the brakes, which was before I changed the suspension. I tried loosing off and tightening sway bar links but this didn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Did you happen to install polyurethane sway bar bushings? If so, did you remember to LIBERALLY apply lubricant to them?

If you race your car the sway bar brackets might be broken its common problem with these cars. Might want to take a look at them. Mine are bent already lol. I will be replacing mine soon with the ones below.
