Default Lining up LCA Relocation Brackets

When I bought my formula it had some welded up LCA's and relocation brackets. Problem is no matter how tight I set them, they keep moving. Time to weld them in. Problem is, whats the best way to make sure theyre in the correct place? Here are the options Im thinking of.

Use a string and measure the LCA in the installed hole and move the original hole to line up.

Measure the wheel in the wheel well and center that.

Take it to an alignment shop and have them center out the toe adjustment and wheelbase and tack weld it till I can get back to shop and weld it in.
