Default Master Cylinder Unthreaded plug question

I am doing a ls1 swap and due to size restriction I am using a small master cylinder from a cutlass ciera. It's a GM 18021216 or more common Bendix 12848. It's a 4 outlet master cylinder but the bottom 2 plugs are unthreaded. The master came with two o-ring type plug/tube to connect to the bottom.
I would like to plug the two bottom outlet. Do i have to thread them and plug them or is there another way ?

this is the master cylinder, you can see the two small plugs it came with

Thanks
