Default Bleeding after proportioning valve installation

I have a SJM brake proportioning kit that I'd like to install tomorrow. Once it's all connected, do I need to bleed all four calipers?

I did after I installed my kit. But it was needed on my car. The brake fluid was pretty nasty. I'd say do it. Never hurts to flush the system with new fluid.
