Default Back after a while with a 02 Z28

is the Bilstein B12 pro lowering kit any good or stick with Koni and Strano?

You're better off buying a set of Bilstein shocks and lowering springs separately. The B12 is just a packaged deal with the regular Bilstein hd shocks and Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs. So, NO special shock valving.
Bilsteins are good shocks, but still not ideal with the higher spring rates lowering spring have. IMO, Koni SA's are your best choice with lowering springs. IMO, I'd put the Eibach springs down below any of the following lowering springs as a good choice.
Strano's, BMR, H & R, Vogtland, Hotchkis.
