I got 98 Camaro 3.8 automatic looking to upgrade sum front in parts I got so far is tie rods upper and lower ball joints wheel hubs I want to do is control arms bushings or should I buy the complete upper control arms with the bushings and sway bars front and back and bushings too anything else maybe a pan hard bar my budget is around 400 bucks if possible

Only issue with the arms will be the lower rear vertical bushing. It tears easily as it ages. One per side, lower arm o ly. The other 3 bushings per side I wouldn't worry with. You could do sway bar end links and body mounts also, they shouldn't cost much. Remember tie rods have inners and outers, you should inspect/replace both if necessary.

Agreed above with sway bar end links, if those are the shot stock ones, they'll make a world of difference.

awesome ok yea everything has to be upgraded upper and lower control arms bushings and sway bars and bushings and pan hard bar so where do I start to price this out soon got 30 days. My mechanic wants to everything at once my budget is very small so we got to keep around 400 bucks. I got the tie rods inner and outer and upper and lower ball joints and wheel hubs.

I'd look into rock auto, and all that crap is definitely gonna add up.
