need front LCA bolt!

So I had to cut the rear bolt to take off my drivers side lower control arm and now can't figure out where to buy a replacement bolt. I searched and they are discontinued from GM. Any aftermarket companies that sell these bolts? Is it something I can buy at Lowe's ?
