Big Brake Kit I have a 95 LT1 with 19" rims, it's begging for a big brake kit..

What are your goals? For looks, a 6 piston setup from a Z06 or new CTS-V will fill those wheels. If you track the car, you will be better off with a kit from stoptech, wilwood, or the 4 piston CTS-V brembos.
The C6 Z06 calipers would be perfect for you then. They go pretty cheap used because people who track their Vettes end up swapping them out. They look good and the 14 inch rotor will fill your wheels. Kore3 is a source for a complete swap kit.

1. CTS V 6 piston Calipers. (AC Delco PART #: 172-2521)/172-2522)
2. C6 Z06 Calipers
3. CTS V 4 piston Calipers. (AC Delco 172-2288/172-2287)
All 3 have 14" Rotors. All of the above can be bought new for under $1k. There are plenty of write ups on all of the above an internet search away.
Just need to pick a Caliper (~220 each or less), pick a Z06 Rotor size rotor (many options for under 120 each), buy the brake line kit (~80.00), buy wheel spacer if your wheel offset is >41mm (~110), and buy the pads.
