Default Abs lights on

Hi everyone im confused about my abs system. First off ever since i got the car going after i bought it(blown engine/tranny) i noticed the abs inop, brake, and tcs lights are on. I plugged the computer into it and it said it was the abs module itself. So i went and replaced it with another out of a tcs car. And just the brake light went away. Now yesterday i was driving in the snow and could feel the brake pedal pulsing and kicking back at me when i hit slippery stuff which makes me think the abs is working however these lights are still on which confuses me. The lights turn on right away and the tcs light turns on within a couple seconds of turning on the car on. Im lost here whats going on? And how do i finally get rid of these lights? Thanks any help is appreciated

Are all of your connections sound where the ABS sensors plug into the wheel hubs?

I had this problem and found that was my issue. Often times those connections get dirty and need cleaning.

Mine completely separated from the hub and required replacement of the entire hub assembly. Swapped a new one in and problem solved.
