alignment problems
You want it within factory specs of what they have in their computer?
IMO if you spent the money on suspension parts for lowering/handling then you should research a proper handling alignment. Bring it to them and have them follow it.

I can see an "average Joe" alignment shop having possible issues setting caster/camber on a car with aftermarket parts, and/or an extremely low ride height, but if they can't set the toe-in, something is seriously wrong, and unless you've installed some wacky parts on the car, or installed something incorrectly, the problem is with the guy trying to adjust the car....
