did i need this? So i just installed eibach pro kit springs and bilstien shocks. Was i suppose to use this piece from the original shocks? My new shocks didnt come with a bushing and i see a bushing inside this piece.

so im not worried about the dust boot, but what about the bump stop. can I ride without it? I just really don't want to have to pull it all apart again to add the bump stop.

YOU NEED IT, especially with the pro kit. The bump stop prevents the shock from bottoming out (and being damaged) and the dust boot prevents crap from building up around the rod that could potentially lead to premature shock failure due to leaking.
