When installing a new torque arm bushing?

When installing a new torque arm bushing? I just ordered the Prothane Polyurethane Torque Arm Bushing...
How the heck do I get the old bushing out of the brackets?
Are there any modifications that need to be to the new one to make it fit..
I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

I drilled mine out...
You will have to remove both pieces of the torque arm mount and either drill, grind, or chisel the rivets out/off. The biggest pain is getting it put back together with the Prothane bushing...enlist a friends help if you can cuz it is a pain to do by yourself.
