Alright so I went to speedway last night and they have just what I needed. Ended up with 17" swedge tubes for the LCA's which put me right at 19.5inch center to center. I just need to cut an 1/8in or so off and they will be perfect.
For the PHB they have tie rod / drag link bars that come in 1/2inch increments center to center and they have 43.5 which is exactly what I need. I got the wrong Heims last night so I'm going over lunch to get the right stuff.

Interested in this little project of yours, bought a used panhard rod with new lower control arms for a good price. Wondering how much you'll end up putting into it...

I spent just at like $140 for all three bars, 3 of each RH and LH Heims. The Heims are pretty nice too. And jam nuts. Only thing they didn't have for me is the spacers for each side of the heim, which I'm making today. So I just need to cut about 1/8-1/4 off of the LCA swedge tubes and they'll be perfect.
I ended up going with 5/8 tubes, so my Heims are 5/8 shank with a 1/2 thru hole.
I'll update once I get it all on

The Heims are the expensive part... The bars only cost me like 50$ I think. The Heims I got are pretty nice and added up quick

Standard LCA/PHB is 3/4 x 3/4 and a step bushing is used. With the heim joint we use a teflon lined version to help keep down the noise.

Oh ok, how do you fit a 3/4 bolt through the holes on the chassis? Do you have to drill the holes out? Because the stock LCA holes are 1/2

This is a step bushing.

Oh ok. So you still use the 1/2 bolt?
I'm not confused on why the stepped bushing is necessary?

The rod ends should have a 3/4" hole in them.

The bushings go in to make the hole 2.4" wide so it fits in the car. Or 1.875" wide for the PHB. You can use a 12mm bolt (factory) or a 1/2" bolt as the spacers are slightly oversize.

So the bushing goes inside the rod end?

Yes, slides right in. 2 pieces required in each rod end.

Alright that makes sense. So I should use 3/4 shank and 3/4 bolt hole Heims. Then also 3/4 swedge tubes. Yet still use 1/2 or 12mm bolt like you said?

Hmm I might pick up a couple bushing from you guys. For both Panhard and LCA
What would you need the sleeve for? I used a sleeve when I put on the relocation brackets, but that should be in?

A car would take Qty 8 of 2016A.

http://umiperformance.com/catalog/in...roducts_id=486

And Qty 4 of 2021A.

http://umiperformance.com/catalog/in...roducts_id=485

No additional sleeves would be required. If you have sleeves in the car already they are anti-crush to replace the place where the arms originally were...
