I have a moser 9", and more recently did wolfe mini tubs with their adjustable spring perches. It appears that the 9" perches are wider than those on the car now, my question is this okay? See attachments for how the springs sit with the car on the gound

 

The spring is unevenly loaded. That can only end badly. You need to have the perches on the diff moved to straighten those springs for longevity and overall safety and handling.
