Rear diff rotation at takeoff
Rear diff rotation at takeoff My pewter 01 Z28 Convertible. When first driving forward the rear feels like its getting excessive rotation. Not when I just start at a roll but if I give it gas it feels like a bowling ball is loose in the trunk. Just started a couple days ago. Have never really felt any slop before. Also had what felt like wheel hop on right rear tire last night on highway when I stood on it at 65 mph. Last time anything like this was going on the torque arm was loose at the rear diff. Everything looks and feels tight. What should I be looking for.??? Car is at 130,000 miles

Not much holds the rear end in the car. I'd check lower control arms, both ends of the torque arm, the trans mount, and the panhard bar. Also, look for oil on one or both of the rear shocks.
Check the lower control arm bushings. They deteriorate and can come apart and cause this kind of issue. Also check the torque arm mount at the front to see if it has come loose or the mount is worn out
