Question silly sub frame ????

I have a set of subframe connecters i am going to install on my Z.. im going to use ramps in the front but in the rear i was going to put the axles on jack stands to keep the suspension preloaded....will this be ok to do or should i look for some thing to put the rear wheels on instead
thanks for input

putting the axle on jack stands should be fine as long as you keep the car level (ie. don't have the front or rear higher or lower than the other.)

Put a level on the car while it sits on level ground.

Then duplicate that when up in the air.

I too was wondering about using jackstands.

I have a question along these lines...
There is no level ground at my house. Is this a problem? There is a section that is closer than the rest (its still not level).

I did it that way; no problems.
