Default Caliper or rotor issue?

I picked up a set of used drilled and slotted rotors. I installed them with the pads that were already on my car. Upon driving my car this is how the passenger side looked.

I tried to install new pads tonight and the caliper would not go back on even though I had the pistons bottomed out in the caliper. Do I have a warped rotor or is it a caliper issue?

I would try a different set of rotors. The calipers have always been on the car, (assumed) the rotors have not.

Figured it out. The slider pins were rusted and completely frozen up. I went to the local Pick N Save and bought a caliper to get the bracket off of. Pulled the slider pins out of it, greased them up, installed it and it fixed my problem.
