Is it still going to be a street car? Stick shift, auto? What kind of power? What tire do you plan on running? Are you keeping the car stock height or lowering it?
All of these are factors in deciding on what suspension components will be best for your application and needs.

I would recommend doing rod end lower control arms if noise is not a concern, a short style torque arm, and doing a double adjustable front coilover and lighter spring rate to help promote weight transfer. A good rear shock will help as well

Iron block or aluminum? how much weight reduction do you have done? I would normally say around a 300 rate if it's an iron block car with mild/moderate weight reduction. Or a 275 if the car is lightweight

For what to choose we always prefer heim/heim lower control arms and panhard bar. For the torque arm your best bet would be a short arm and we would just need to know what type of exhaust you have so we can get you the correct crossmember.
Anymore questions feel free to ask.
