Default lower balljoint effected by lowering?

Has this happened to anybody else?? I have this "popping/noise" coming from the driver's side(on the front) and from what I can tell, my lower balljoint doesn't look right..heh. All the bolts have been triple-checked and this is all that I could see that would be making the noise..There is a "seal" around the base of the joint' and its not sealed correctly/flush with it...If i get a new balljoint, is this gonna happend again?? I got the Hyperco lowering springs installed, and this is the result..Any thoughts?

Won out front shocks on the front of an fbody sound like that. If your '94 still has the original shocks, I'll bet that's the problem.

nope, they were replaced at the same time as the springs were installed, I should've said that...
