Power steering rack mounts

Power steering rack mounts Long story short, my power steering rack and mounts are interfering with my oil pan and I need to move the rack.
I have a spohn tubular kmember so it's easy to cut off my rack mounts and weld them back on on the front side of the kmember.
Only question is will this mess with my steering geometry at all? I don't think it should, but I'm not too familiar with this kind of stuff. Nothing is changing with my spindles, so I shouldn't have any bump steer. Just simply moving the rack forward and down about an inch or so.
