Front Ride Height Changed

Front Ride Height Changed After having the car in the shop for 2 weeks about a month ago to have the oil pan pulled the car sits about 2 inches higher in the front. The car was apart with the K member lowered for about 2 weeks, now there is a huge space between the tops of the tires and the fenders. Also now when I change oil the floor jack slides right under the K Member with a inch to spare where before I had to jack the car up from the side to get the jack under the K Member. I inspected everything carefully and it all looks put together right. Only thing I can think of is the springs changed height from being relaxed for 2 weeks? Anyone else ever experience such a odd thing? I don't think it was this high new, I did measure it and it has settled down about 1/2 inch but its still way high.

About 2-3 weeks, it went down about 1/2 inch in that time. Another odd thing is it feels very stiff going over things. I think maybe having the shocks fully extended changed something inside them. It was a nice smooth ride before this, now its very harsh.
Sway bar bind? I've read that if the sway bars end links are tightened up with the cars suspension not loaded, then it can cause it to artificially keep the front end high.

Try loosening and re-torquing the lower control arm bolts with the suspension loaded as well. The horizontal bushings often get re-oriented in the unloaded position and then will bind up when loaded again and hold the front end up some. I see this frequently with cars that have just been lowered.
