Default any alignment gurus?

I have a back half 69 camaro that I had aligned over the weekend. The rear end is sitting just a hair crooked, but I think my 33x22 tires are exaggerating the minor misalignment into a dangerous situation. Anytime I get the tires spinning, the *** end kicks out to the right hard enough to upset the chassis/suspension once you let out of the gas. Once it grabs traction from spinning hard and kicking the *** end out it will try to sling you across the car and it takes 2-3 seconds for the suspension to quit rocking/settle.

the rear toe measurements on a hunter machine are below:

Left toe= +0.53*
Right toe = -0.46*

my plan of attack is to adjust the 4 link bars to get it straight. i would like to turn the bars equally to push the passenger side (right) closer to the front of the car, and move the Driver's side (left) back a hair. from any alignment specialists, how big of a move would you make doing this measuring heim to heim to try and make up the 0.99* misalignment?
