Default Shorter endlinks?

So I've been running UMI's lowering springs as well as Koni shocks (fronts on lower perch as well) and I noticed today that my sway bar has been contacting the k-member. Judging from the damage, I would say somewhat frequently too. Does anyone know of a shorter end link that'll allow me to angle the bar lower and gain more k-member clearance? Or should I jsut grab my grinder and clearance the k a little bit?

Just trim a quarter inch or so from the center spacer for the end link.

That COULD work, as long as the bolt has enough threaded portion, to allow for the link to be snugged up. If not, then measure the overall length of the link, then go to the Energy Suspension or Prothane parts catalogs, and find a shorter link.

You can also just move the bit you trimmed off to the other side of the bushing to take up the space if need be.

Just cut it and use a shorter bolt. I have done that for the rear bar.

This is the easiest answer. I have about an inch cut off of mine and moved to the end of the link.

the "experts" say not necessary to trim the end links after lowering. but to me it just makes sense......when i was searching this i found you will almost need to find a bolt if you are trimming half an inch or more off the sleeve.......i also saw that if trimming, you trim roughly half the amount off of the sleeve as your drop (lowering 1 inch, trim off 1/2" of sleeve, lowering 1.5" trim off 3/4" etc...) it only makes sense to me to try to "level" the sway bar end link holes.....cant see a crooked sway bar helping things out........i lowered 3/4" so i trimmed off 3/8". that 3/8" trimmed bottomed out the nut on my ES end links, but seem good and tight so i didn't worry
