EBCM net getting power?

EBCM net getting power?
I have a 2000 TransAM WS6. I've got the dreaded BRAKE, Trac off, ABS inop lights on. The stored code is U1040. I think the EBCM is not getting power.
I tried clearing the code, and when I start the engine the code comes back immediately. So I cleared the code, turned off the key, disconnected the EBCM, then started the engine again to determine if any different codes would show up. Nope. Same behavior. Either way with the EBCM connected or disconnected, the only code I get is U1040, "Loss of Electronic Brake Controller Communication". I went and got a known good EBCM from another WS6. Same behavior.
So does anyone have a pin-out diagram of the EBCM connector? At minimum I'd like to determine which pin(s) provide the voltage supply, and the voltage level they should be supplying.
Thanks for anything/everything.
