I have an aftermarket torque arm. In trying to get a handle in shock settings I’ve been asked is my torque arm set for separation or squatting
i have no clue what to look for on my car to determine this
please advise. I’m running a nitrous radial car so I’ve heard I want separation on the leave

Video the car leaving from the side or a 3/4 view. If the tires plant into the ground and the rear fender lifts it is separating. If it does the opposite it is squatting.

Does your torque arm have a multi hole link up front (Length of torque arm also plays a factor)? If it does not then you have no control of either squat or separation with the torque arm and you have to go after other avenues to achieve such things.
