Torque arm setup

I have an aftermarket torque arm. In trying to get a handle in shock settings I’ve been asked is my torque arm set for separation or squatting
i have no clue what to look for on my car to determine this
please advise. I’m running a nitrous radial car so I’ve heard I want separation on the leave
