Vibration On Out of Corner Acceleration
I have been driving the Camaro (1999 Camaro SS - T56 - Stock Rear) a while now and one thing that has been bothering me is this vibration that comes when I am taking a corner at over 25 or when accelerating out of a corner. I would like to note that I did not lower the car, I received it lowered and have not been able to figure out what they did. Everything looks stock, but it definitely sits lower than stock.
I was thinking that one of the previous owners lowered it by cutting the springs, but am not certain. It is my understanding that when lowering a car like this, angles can be messed up.
I guess what I am asking is, how can I figure out if the springs have been cut? What are the stock angles for the rear? What do you all recommend looking at to resolve this issue?
I will upload some pictures when I get off work and try to link a video of the vibration in question.
Thanks for your time.

It's a shudder, it shakes the entire car, feels like the wheels are digging into the ground and snapping back. It comes from the rear, and happens whether I am turning left or right.
