Suspension help Good evening all!
I want to know what coil overs are the best for my f-body 02 Ta. Here is what I am looking for.
1. I want an awesome ride quality. I don't want to feel like I am getting beat every time I drive it. I will be driving for enjoyment 90% of the time. 10 % track fun.
2. I want to be able to auto cross at moments notice 10% of my drive time.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to help me out.

How many miles are on the car??
How many miles on the current suspension??
Your goal seems to warrant keeping stock suspension setup. Just a refresh of shocks and springs depending on answers to questions.
auto crossing can be fun with stock suspension - requires more control by the driver. Means you won't be first in your group.
Coilovers will give you a chance to adjust the suspension.

Suspension help My current set up is stock shocks struts with ebach lowering sorings installed in 2010.
I am currently putting in a new engine with some new umi part like full kmember with upper and lower arms.
