On my GTOs I have Lovells springs on one and Pedders springs on the other. For everyday driving I have the Konis set full soft. At that setting they are still somewhat firmer than stock. But at the end of the day, if they are adjustable just try different settings and decide for yourself. Soft, firm or too firm are all subjective.

I also have my Strano springs with Koni's set to full soft on front, and one click from full soft on rear for daily driver duties. It feels pretty close to stock IMO even though the Strano springs lower the car.

Generally recommend the front shocks about halfway with my Springs rear shocks set somewhere less than that. But it is personal, it depends a lot on your roads, personal taste, tires that you're using Etc. Even a sport set the full soft is going to be a whole lot better performing than most other shocks you could put on the car.

I settled on 3 sweeps from full soft on the front with stock springs on the lower perch, and full soft on the 3rd gens on the rear.
