Upper Control Arm Angle?
Searched around and read on other threads to put everything back together a little loose and then tighten up the UCAs when it's at "ride height" or when the suspension is preloaded. Do I have to put the wheels back on and put the car on the ground? Or can I reconnect the upper and lower control arms to the steering knuckle and jack up the lower control arm to put tension on everything? How do I know when I put enough load on everything so that I can tighten?
Front end of the card is on jack stands so I can use my floor jack under the lower control arm.
At this point, if the wheels need to be on and on the ground, I may just put on everything loose, jack it down to the ground, mark the angle, and then jack it back up, remove, and torque to spec. Seems like a PITA, but I want to get it right and not tension the new bushings in the wrong position...
